Subject: SUMMARY SP52948 Special Levies Looming 22Mar2015

Minutes of EC meeting held on 4 March 2015 gave incredibly important information.

Concrete cancer, serious water ingress and damages to units, false statement about 15-year warranty for roof membrane on Block B (in reality it is only 5-years), passengers trapped in lifts, are just some of the issues.

Massive costs are pending and unavoidable this year alone.

The question is: who is going to pay for it. I offer a reliable alternative at the next general meeting how to recuperate the lost money from the common funds (which exclusively happened due to poor financial and common property management by BCSi Strata Management).

Attached documents gives all owners and investors an opportunity to protect our investment.

a) Photos of our properties tell the sad story.

b) Documentary draft for the book. It is in public interest to share this information:

The records include last year's application at NCAT/CTTT to dismiss BCS:

BCS persuaded owners to give them another chance, but that did not eventuate. Two weeks ago, BCS manager was demoted.
