Please do not insult us with explanations that do not stand any reasoning or justification. It would be accepted as credible if multiple events had not had the same outcome. When something happens more than one-two times, it is not accidental. It is premeditated and planned.

Anybody who has wish to deliberately and repeatedly instill fear in children, women, or vulnerable people deserves to meet full extent of the law.

Please ensure that this email is shared with ALL owners in the complex. They need to be aware of risks through not having confidence in alleged CCTV protection.

Your admission confirms one of three options:

a) Waratah Strata Management staff do not read owners' complaints and inquiries for more than 18 days (many of our complaints are repetitive issues that have not been resolved for a long time).

or

b) Waratah Strata Management refuse to provide access to CCTV recordings.

or

c) CCTV system is not performing properly, creating security risks where no evidence is available.

The following summary of events shows strata managers failing to provide access to CCTV recording upon request:

• Police Event on 31 October 2015. Verbal attack and assault in lift area by Executive Committee member Mr. Moses Levitt on female owner. Mr. Moses Levitt and his wife called Lot 158 owners "non-believers" on number of occasions in the past, suggesting that their religion was more valuable than our right not to believe in God.
  
  That Mr. Levitt has problems with other religions was documented to Fair Trading NSW and Police when he was silently supporting Lot 159 not be allowed to celebrate Diwali festivities in a manner that was very dignified (attempts by Lot 158 to make strata manager and members of the committee apologize to Lot 159 and publish that for all owners was ignored).
  
  Maintenance staff was notified about it in email on 24 November 2015.
  
  Mr. Moses Levitt is listed as person-of-interest in Crime Stoppers and Police Event for what is alleged to be serious fraud since 2017.

• Police Event on 14 May 2017. Maintenance staff member tried to cause criminal record to Lot 158 who simply tried to talk and defend his wife against persistent stalking/intimidation/harassment.

  They failed in their efforts. In fact, they committed a light assault by touching Lot 158 owner three times (CCTV recording was given to use by the Police and it is easy to prove it, and Lot 158 did not retaliate in spite of documented martial arts skills because he is not allowed to missuse the skills unless in serious circumstance), and then tried to prevent its investigations by lodging the event with the Police first. The only reason why we did not raise an assault case before maintenance staff was due to the fact that their manager persuaded us not to do it in a long phone conversation where he was pretending to be nice and caring.

• Police Event on 31 August 2017. Continuous stalking of female owner by maintenance staff. She even received an unwelcome WhatsUp message on her phone.
  
  Police was told that stalking was a repeated, unwanted contact that caused her fear, anxiety or stress.

• Police Event on 26 March 2018. One week after the alleged assault committed by Lot 158 against maintenance staff was dismissed in court, they followed and caused harassment, intimidation, and fear.
  

• Police Event on 26 October 2018. Maintenance staff again and tried to intimidate female owner.

• Police Event on 14 November 2018. Two maintenance staff tried to intimidate Lot 158 whilst he was collecting video and photo evidence of poor maintenance of the complex and fire safety non-compliance with state regulations.
  

• Police Event on 11 August 2019. Maintenance staff stalked and tried to intimidate Lot 158 owners whilst they were collecting video and photo evidence of damages to the tennis court.

• Police Event on 11 October 2019. Female owner's car damaged whilst parked on common property. Waratah Strata Management were notified and they declined to respond.

• Request to keep copy of CCTV recording Block A basement for event dated 13 February 2020 sent to Waratah Strata Management on 21 February 2020 and ignored by strata manager.

• Attempt by Mr. Moses Levitt to stalk or intimidate female owner of Lot 158 on 16 January 2020. He followed her from his garage to garage of Lot 161, and was leaning behind the corner with what appeared intention to approach female owner or just deliberately watch her, knowing that he already had Police events raised against him for unsolicited actions in the past.
  
  When she shouted asking what he wanted and if he was spying on her, Mr. Moses Levitt disappeared.

• Police Event on 10 June 2020. Deliberate attempt by Mr. Moses Levitt to cause fear and ignore requests by female owner to not enter elevator after her.
  
  Request to Waratah Strata Management to provide access to CCTV recording was initially ignored by strata manager.
  
  After more than a month, Mr. Levitt tried to rebut the allegations and when he was directly questioned, declined to respond. Now, all of a sudden, the CCTV recording will be provided.
  

• Attempt by Mr. Stan Pogorelsky to stalk/intimidate femal owner on 29 June 2020. This one is of special importance.
  
  Mr. Stan Pogorelsky is listed as person-of-interest in Crime Stoppers and Police Event for what is alleged to be serious fraud since 2017. 
  

        CCTV allegedly already overwritten in spite of timely request to keep it.

Just letting you know that the USB will be ready for collection from the Caretaker’s Office on Friday, 24th July 2020.

Please note that only the footage of the incident 10 June 2020 is available and not that from the 29th June 2020 as the footage overwrites after 18 days and advice to keep that footage was not noted.

Event at around 16:40 hours today.

While female owner was walking towards letterboxes to collect mail, Mr. Stan Pogorelsky followed her at distance that was not comfortable, in spite of seeing her going in front of him. He came from a car in the visitors' carpark near Block B. More appropriate approach would have been for him to wait outside the letterbox area and enter once she left.

Once she reached the letterboxes, she realized somebody was close behind/sideways from her, and turned around frowning upon his closeness (COVID-19 recommendations are very clear and important to prevent virus spreading). Mr. Pogorelsky ignored obvious sign of displeased female and played with his keys close to her (letterbox Lot 181 is quite close to Lot 158).

The same ritual happened when she collected the mail and started going back to her car where her husband was witness of the event.

Waratah Strata Management are requested to keep the CCTV recording of the event today and provide copy to Lot 158.

At the same time, Mr. Stan Pogorelsky is requested that he and his family never enter elevator if Lot 158 owners enter before them and keep respectful distance at all times. Lot 158 is certainly doing the same.

We are aware of a complaint against Mrs. Pogorelsky by a female tenant in Block A from level 7 who allegedly reported problems with unwelcome and repetitive stalking in the pool area last year. The problem was presented to maintenance staff at the time.
