To Secretary of the Executive Committee of strata plan 52948:

In accordance with SSMA 2015, Schedule 1, Part 2, Section 4, co-owner of Lot 158, submits the following Motions for the AGM 2022.

PDF is a legally valid format for any official submission.

Lot 158 reserves the right to amend the Motions before the agenda for AGM 2022 is sent to all owners. Please advise what the latest cut-off date for submissions is.

PS. Insurance renewal for strata plan SP52948 was due on 21 September 2020. As of 26 September 2022, details of the insurance renewal were not published for any owner  and costs not published in Admin Fund.

Sworn Statutory Declaration for Professional Misconduct and Fraudulent Activities by Solicitor Adrian Mueller in Relation to Strata Plan SP52948 in Period 2012 to 2022 was submitted to relevant bodies on 21 September 2022. OLSC opened a new case. Statutory Declaration shall be submitted to Police as an update for Crime  Stoppers Event 648467. Solicitor Adrian Mueller was aware of this report with the Police since 27 February 2022 and he chose to ignore it. Police so far did not take any action because I have to submit files in person.

Waratah Strata Management refused to issue invoice and receipt for Lot 158 payment in amount of $5,000.00 dated 1 July 2022.
